A little surprise for you all ot there today. “Sarge” sent me some shots of his own recently completed BlairLine Sunset Motel.

Look close at the shot above again. See the mini-air conditioner units under the wondows? Those were not included with the BlairLine kut. Instead, Sarge says these are BLMA accesories that he installed himself.
Notice how are paint scheme’s are very similar? I was just as surprised when I opened these pictures myself, although looks like Sarge is much further along on his layout then I am on mine. I also like how he wa able to set a very narrow depth of field focusing point on his shots, making both the foreground and distant background ‘blurry’.
In Sarge’s second shot (below) we see a little more action and surrounding detail. There’s a telephone pole in the foreground and crossing guard leading to the entrance of the gravel parking lot. Hopefully weary travelers had a long enough drive that they can sleep through the night with the Santa Fe rolling right behind. If not, that’s where the “magic fingers” $.25 bed comes in.
